Crystal Reports error

I am getting the famous "Crystal Report Windows Forms Viewer" error "Cannot
find keycodev2.dll, or invalid keycode".

Now I got this error in the past, researched it and fixed it by adding in
the correct .msm file, and adding my liscense key code to the
Crystal_regwiz2003.msm file.

It fixed the error, and when I ran the installation package on any machine
locally (C:\) and installed the .exe file, it worked perfectly.

Now I am trying to install it on a network server, and I am again getting
this error (invalid key code). I am wondering if I need a special Crystal
Reports liscense code to do this over a network server, or if I need to add
any more files.

If anyone has come across this before, let me know.
