Wishlist: Wizard for .NET security settings

The security related stuff of the .NET is a little bit too hard to learn for
newcomers.
So what would be nice is to have a small wizard like program that asks
questions about what security you need and wish for, and generate the
necesary code to be used for C#, VB and C++ to be put in the assembly.cs
file.

A little bit like these HTML code generators found on the internet.

The wizard could ask questions like this:
* Do you need Internet access to download and upload files from the
internet?
* Are the Internet files to be downloaded or uploaded stored on a fixed
folder?
* Do you need LAN access to download and upload files from the remote shared
folder?
*...
* Do you need access to te registery?
* Does program run from a shared network folder?
*...
* Dos the program have dialogboxes?
.....

And other switches could be:
* Set the security like none-.NET programs. (unrestricted)
* Standard setting (.NET default)
* This program is a stupid little clock that does not require anything
except displaying the clock.
* This program is a stupid little clock that does not require anything
except displaying the cloc and synchronize with the Internet.
* This program is a screen saver.
* This program is a service
* This program is a Spyware program ;-)
* This program is a virus ;-)
* This program is a Worm ;-)
* This program is.....

I think you get my point. :-)
Maybe someone makes a webpage with this. :-)
