Please explain remoting and delegates

P: n/a
I have written some previous remotings using both singlecall and singleton
CAOs. And for every project I always defined an interface between the client
and the server, the implementation resided in the CAO assembly on the server.

Now my task required an event and a delegate. And now the interface approach
doesn't work. I talked to a colleague, and he mumbled something about that
when using events and delegates, the client need an assembly of the CAO, in
order for events to work through remoting...

Can some MVP or anyone else please explain this to me!!

yours
