VS 2003 .Net and Virtual Server 2005

I have a strange .Net problem:
I have wxp with VS 2003 installed on a pc. On a Virtual Server (MSVS2005) I
have a w2k3 server with IIS and asp.net enabled. There I also installed
remote debuging tools. If I try to open a new asp.net project remotely from
wxp on the vs client the operation is not successfull. Files are generated
but codebehind statements in the aspx files are wrong. Also remote debugging
is not working. It always aborts.
All my machines are in a AD domain. Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Thanks for any help.
