uploading aspx pages

I'm trying to upload some aspx pages to the webserver but i keep getting
parser errors. We have an ftp account setup and I have succesfully setupo
the pages on another server as well as my own server. What could be the
problem?

Parser Error Message: Could not load type
'Stardeveloper.UploadAccess.DefaultForm'.

Source Error:

Line 1: <%@ Page language="c#" AutoEventWireup="false"
Inherits="Stardeveloper.UploadAccess.DefaultForm"% >
Line 2: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" >
Line 3: <HTML>
I have tried putting the bin folder in the same directory and the level
above but to no use.
