Interops not working with a binary-compatible ActiveX ctrl

When we create the interop for an ActiveX control (which has
reference to few other binaries and mshtml ), it works fine with the
..Net application. But when we take another build of the same
ActiveX control, the interops created for the previous build
does not work (throws InvalidActiveXStateException).

We have to again "aximp" the new set of binaries
then it works !

Is there any solution for this problem ?

Regards,
Balaji.
