policy assembly problem

Hi,

I'm facing some problem with the policy assembly. When I link the
configuration file and create the policy assembly ( that's what I have seen
in all the example codes..) and add to the GAC, it is working fine -
provided, I keep the config file in the same location from where I had added
the policy assembly to the GAC. Suppose If I copy the policy assembly to a
different path in which I don't have the config file and try to add that to
GAC, it gives the "A module specified in the assemble manisfest is missing"
error.

Can any one help me with a clue? I'm building the policy assembly just in
the normal way as I find in the example codes - al /link: /keyfile: /out:
/v:

Thanks in Advance,

Arun
