UDP and SmartDeviceApplication

I have to realize a communication between two applications (the
language is C#) on the same computer: the first is a simple
WindowsApplication while the other runs on the PocketPC emulous
provided by .NET .

I started with two WindowsApplication using the loopback IP 127.0.0.1
and everything worked......but when I try the same code on the
emulous nothing happens!

My idea is that the emulous do emules even a loopback interface so
that he sends data to a 127.0.0.1 IP that is a different one from the
127.0.0.1 where the WindowsApplication is listening.
Is it of any sense?

What should I do to make the communication work?

Thank you!
