Printing .aspx

I am having a serious issue getting aspx pages to print/
or even at least render in the print preview.

I have tried css solutions...

I thought it maybe due to the fact that I have a table
control in my page which is used to display search results
via postback triggered yb a search button on the same
page, however other even simpler pages with just a couple
of textboxes do not render either...

I tried removing the doc. declaration
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0
Transitional//EN" > to see if this had any affect... not
really...

All I really want to do is print the table of results was
gonna do this via CSS excluding other areas of the page -
but seeing as I cant see anything...I dont even have a
good starting point...

anybody know why this happens, how I could fix??

big thanks

any formatting.

If you provide me with more information I can help you out.
