i made a installer wich seems to function fine
however if i log on as the machines administrator i have the option to
install just for me , or for all users on the computer
well if i select the option to install the program for all users , and then
log off as the administrator and now logon as a user whitout administrative
permissions ( user , poweruser )
something strange happens ,,, i do see a shortcut icon to my program on the
desktop but if i click it the installers starts and begins to install mdac
2.7 ( wich is a merge module in my project ) ofcourse this fails because i
have no administrative priviliges
my question is why doesn`t my program just start ???
