Uninstalling App

I hope somebody can help me on this one. I have googled and tried
"everything".
I have written an application to reside on each users computer. I used the
wizzard to create the set up project and such. The application has now been
installed, but I can't find it in add/remove programs in order to uninstall
it. I know that you can uninstall from the setup.exe file, but I have
changed versions and am not sure I still have that file.

So, my question is - how can I uninstall the application and/or replace the
application with the same, but of a new version?

I hope I was just using the wrong keywords for my searches on this topic.
