DLL Hell II

Apologies if anyone's seen my previous post on this theme - it's part of an
ongoing problem that's driving me nuts though, and I thought there might be
someone who'd experienced this specific bit of my difficulties!

Basicall I have an ASP.Net project that references a bunch of other projects
of mine, inclusing my data layer, Data.DLL. So, in this project, call it
MyProj.csproj, I have references to, A.DLL, B.DLL and C.DLL - all of these
also reference Data.DLL, and A.DLL ALSO references B.DLL (which in turn
references Data.DLL). On the advice of a previous poster I change the
MyProj.csproc references for A-C to point at

A\obj\debug\A.DLL
B\obj\debug\B.DLL
C\obj\debug\C.DLL

My problem is this - when I next compile MyProj the references to A and C
stay as they are above, but the reference to B changes to

MyProj\bin\debug\B.DLL

I have no idea why this change takes place - can anyone help me?!

Thanks in advance, this problem is driving me mad!
