Locked ASPNET Account

I'm having problems with the ASPNET user account being locked on a
web server when files are pasted into a folder from the development box.
The server is running Windows 2000 Advanced. If the developer copies files
from his
workstation and paste the fiels to a share on the web server the aspnet
account gets locked. There is a lockout policy to lock the account after 8
times.

The asp.net code is very simple, nothing fancy. Does anyone have any
suggestions?

Thanks.
