ASPNET_WP.EXE was recycled on W2K IIS

Hello All

I hope I am posting this question in the right place. I am running
into a situation on one of our web servers that is casuing an Event
ID: 1001, and states: aspnet_wp.exe (PID: xxxx) was recycled because
memory consumption exceeded the 306 MB (60 percent of available RAM)

Is there anyone out there that could point me in the right direction.
It looks like it may be an object creation and not being removed type
of thing. Not really sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You and have a great day
