Windows Explorer allows files to be copied to remote IIS server via HTTP, How can my application do this?

I used to have an custom application that uploaded files to my website, by
FTP. I am now using a Frontpage enabled server and FTP is no longer
available.
What method do I need to use, to transfer files to the new website?

I have noticed that under "My Network Places" in Windows XP, I can open up
the folders of my web site and copy files to there.
Is there a class in the framework for this?

Thanks
