Console Windows and Row Count

Apologies if this is in the wrong group. I want to find out how many display rows there are when my Console application runs. I know this figure would change according to the size of the actual window and the font chosen. How would I find this figure out within C#? I remember doing this in C++ using the API, but I am wondering if there is a cleaner way...

Many thanks.
