Creating a capture graph twice for the same camera

Hi,
I've tried creating a capture graph twice for the same camera device in the same program. But, the second time I try to create graph for the device, Im getting an error at the "RenderStream" method. The creation of GraphFilter, etc., is all going fine, but, the "RenderStream" method always gives an error, be it for Preview or for Capture.

This does not occur if I select another camera connected to the system, while running the second time (I've provided the option of selecting device).
However, the next time I try to select this device, it gives the same error.

So, effectively, Im able to create and use a graph only once for each device in a program.

I'm releasing all the filters/objects before creating the graph the second time.

Could anyone please suggest if Im missing something here?

Thank you,

Ravi.
