I want to install the VS .Net 2003 Prof on my XP prof
First i tryed the installation, but error occured during required comps.
Reading docu, they say install required comps by hand, doing so, install
IE6SP1 ,...., and at DotnetFx.EXE it works great, copy files, register all,
and at the end, an error occured (all will be rolled back):
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Setup
Error 1935. An Error occured during the installation of assembly component
{FF766460-2F2B-4ADE-8E9B-781040797C80}. HRESULT = -2147024891
The hresult looked up in Winerror.h means: Access is denied
But Im logged in as Administrator same error
I'am logged in as User with administrator rights same error
What is wrong?

Disable the "VirusScanner" and all works well
