Dynamic virtual directory name (in the IIS)

My web application name is xyz--> so I have a virtual directory name xyz.
The problem: I need each time to install it under different name!
What would be the best way to do it and avoid all this problems:
1. Registering user-controls and linking to other files (scripts, css...) who uses in the path the app name.
2. Inside style sheet we use classes that uses URL (with app name)
3. Regular images controls (server and client side) that are used in aspx\ascx files. (Consider that all images are places in one folder, and due to files hierarchy in the project, relative path doesn’t work also.
4. ... other related issues.
