Dear experts,
** apologies for cross-posting **
I am trying to write a batch file in visual basic that
identifies either "the-window-that-was-last-launched"
or "the-window-having-the-focus" at a certain point in
time, and that puts this window in a particular position
on the screen, and holds it there.
The final goal is to view several notepad files
simultaneously, neatly arranged in specific positions on
the screen (more specific than just obtained by tiling the
screen). The idea is to launch each of the notepad files
in turn, and to run specific visual basic batch files
(defining the appropriate position) after launching each
one of them.
Is this possible ? Has anyone done anything similar ?
PS: I am using windows XP
Best whishes,
Wouter
