Excel PageBreaks in .net

I am trying to add a HpageBreak in an Application that use Excel for my reporting format. But have run into a wall. If I can move the existing pagebreak that would be ok. I have pasted some code. If anyone can help with my code or paste sample code to complete the task. Thanks Everything works upto the Hpagebreak.

oWB = oXL.Workbooks.Add
oSheet = oWB.ActiveSheet

With oSheet
.PageSetup.PrintArea = ("a1:p30")
.DisplayPageBreaks = True
' item = .HPageBreaks.Count() '''This just to see if I have any already.
'.HPageBreaks.Add("Q30")
End With
