AppUpdater Problem

I was wondering if you could help point me in the right direction?

I have a database application that is originally installed using an MSI (it has a Crystal Report, needed to register license key), then updated using the appupdater. When I post an update on the web server, the application is updated and runs great. The log shows that the update was successful.

If I shut down and restart the app., it usually then tries to reinstall itself and prompts for the location of MSI file. I finally realized it was searching for Interop.Outlook.dll (I am automating Outlook from inside the app), and the path that it is searching for points to one one of the previous version file folders on the client machine.

I have been rebuilding the application each time before I post all of the output to the web server.

For example:

1. I post new version on web server, say 1.0.2.0
2. Client machine successfully downloads verion into local 1.0.2.0 folder.
3. AppStart.config properly shows 1.0.2.0 as the folder to start the app.
4. The new version is started (at least I think so), and looks for Interop.Outlook.dll in folder 1.0.1.11, even though the file exists in the 1.0.2.0 folder.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
