Date Time Picker

I'm currently doing the MCAD, working my way through VB.NET Step By Step. I seem to have found a bug in the Date Time Picker control - as I type this, the date is Wednesday 9th June 2004...but not, apparently, in VB.NET 2003's scheme of things. According to the program in chapter 3, today's date is Wednesday 6th June, 2004. Further, when I tried it with my birthdate of Monday 15th November, 1965, it seemed to think this was Monday 11th November, 1965

Has anyone else noticed this? Is it correctable
