Migrating from 2002 - 2003

I have both version side by side. What i need to know is how do i make the
2003 the defacto standard for installing components to as well as ide add
ins?

Currently everything seems to go to 2002.

I have to keep 2002 on until i have migrated all my projects across.

Cheers
