Longhorn application and win XP?

Is possible to develop longhorn application in Win XP Pro
I tried to install Longhorn SDK but is not present msbuild.exe an
..NET framework 2.0

How can i compile and execute Longhorn application in Win XP Pro?

You will need to be on the Beta list for .NET framework 2.0 and or Visual
Studio.NET 2005 (codenamed Whidby).
