Distribution Problem - MDAC

I have a C# Windows application that I am distributing to a large number of
machines. On some of the machines the MDAC is not adequate to run the
application. After installing the current MDAC everything runs fine.

Is there something I can do in my distribute project to set it up to install
the need files if there are not there. My user population is such that if
it isn't done seamlessly then they will just refused to do it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

as far as I remember, MDAC installation requires a reboot, so I doubt
how seamless that will appear to users.
