Stepping thru stored procedure with Windows 2000?

Anybody got this working or know of explicit instructions on how to get
debug stepping thru a stored procedure with Visual Studio .NET and Windows
2000 OS?

I get this error message "Unable to start SQL debug session. Ensure
sqldbreg2.exe and proxy/stub DLL sqldbg.dll are registered on this machine."

Thanks,
Dean Slindee
