scheduling a c# exe

hello, how do I schedule a c# exe? When I use the scheduler in XP, I
cannot even do something as simple as write a line to a file. I think
it might be a security issue, but I'm not sure. The job is scheduled
under my ID. Do I need to use a different ID such as vusr and if so,
how do I find the password? I am not a security expert so any help
would be appreciated.

BTW, I can schedule a VB6 exe that runs the c# exe and things work
fine. I'm sure this is not the preferred solution though.
