icon guidelines

Sorry for that stupid question, but I'm searching for about 4 hours and
don't find the stuff. Where are guidelines for creating icons for toolbars
etc. that meet the XP guidelines?

TIA

Very simple google search: "site:microsoft.com+icons+guidelines"

Result:
<http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/dnwxp/html/winxpicons.asp>
