FileCodeModel - Adding a class

I am trying to use the FileCodeModel object within EnvDTE to create a
class within code. However it requires me to pass in variables for
Bases and ImplementedInterfaces when I create it like so:

AddClass (String Name, Object Position, Object Bases, Object
ImplementedInterfaces , EnvDTE.vsCMAccess Access)

I don't have any Bases or ImplementedInterfaces so I attempt to put
null into those and when I do it creates my class like so:

public class CLASSNAME :
, {

Which of course will require going back in and modifying that to
remove the ':' and ','.

I was wondering how I can use this functionality without having to
pass in values for the Bases and ImplementedIntefaces and not get
those extra characters?

Also - I'd like to build this class within an existing class in the
file but the code keeps putting it outside of that class...is there a
way to do that as well?
