Where to find missing/not installed components/user controlls

Hello All
I have been trying looking for Slider control required for one of the application. I have looked in default Form controls, then tried to add controls from COM components, but could not find one

Can anybody please tell me where can I find such control or is there any external place/site where I can get such cotrolls. I have noticed that when adding any extra controlls it does have a file Browse option which indicates that cotrolls can be added

As I am new for VB .net and want to know weather user can get/use external controls and if so then where can you get them

Any help is greatly appreciated

Slider control means a few different things to me; have you looked at the
ProgressBar or TrackBar standard components?
