2 connections for the same application 1 commit 1 rollback

tt
I have 2 connections for the same application with COM+ component
I run SELECT , UPDATE, DELETE, INSERT in ORACLE Database
Sometime (after 4 or 5 hit app) one of the 2 connections stop with rollback
vote.
no exeception is raise by Oracle or by COM+

the same application on the other application server run well (same config
same OS same setup)

could you help me

Windows 2003, .Net Framework, VB, Oracle on Windows 2003, IIS
