I think the easiest way would be to include an installer that adds a link to
your program in the Startup folder (see Start / Programs / Startup). Windows
runs these programs when you log in.
An alternative might be to implement a Windows NT Service which is *always*
running, but it sounds like the Startup option is best for you.
