NullReferenceException inside the windos.forms.dll???

Hi all,

I have been getting this frustating problem where my application keep
throwing a NullReferenceException, but for the light of me I could not
localise the location of the problem since it was thrown from inside the
windows form dll. I've printed the stack trace as it come out. This is
strange what could possibly cause that?

This is really bizzare I am at lost trying to figure what was happening
here. Any idea anyone?

Thanks,
