aximp won't allow /delaysign with /publickey

When I run

aximp /delay /public:..\G10PublicKey.snk /verbose c:\Windows\System32\SHDocVw.dl

I get the following

Microsoft (R) .NET ActiveX Control to Windows Forms Assembly Generato
[Microsoft .Net Framework, Version 1.1.4322.573
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation 1998-2002. All rights reserved

AxImp Error: The /delay option should be used with /keyfile or /keycontainer

Now the doc say for /delaysign

Specifies to Aximp.exe to sign the resulting control using delayed signing. You must specify this option with either the /keycontainer:, /keyfile:, or /publickey: option. For more information on the delayed signing process, see Delay Signing an Assembly

The /delaysign with /publickey approach works (and makes sense!) for tlbimp, but not for aximp. What gives? how do I delay signing imported ActiveX controls?

Any assistance would be appreciated

Brewma
