SQL Query generator

Hi all,

I'm looking for a library that allows one to generate SQL queries
programmatically. E.g. instead of concatenating bunch of WHERE clauses as
strings, I would call methods to pass bunch of OR and AND clauses to it. It
would store them as a tree internally and then generate a syntactically
correct SQL statement.

If there is anything like that available (freeware or not), please let me
know. Thanks.

-Oleg.
