Component for a Flesch Reading score

Does anyone know of a .NET component that will provide the Flesch Reading
Ease score and the Flesch-Kincade Grade Level for some given text.

I am looking for functionality that is similar to Microsoft Word's
"Readability Statstics" function.

Thanks,
-Fred
