ODBC & Access

Hi All

Sometimes when I have a database open in access I get an error when trying to use the same access database w/ ODB

and othertimes....i don't get an erro

What am I doing wrong (or for that matter right :)) that doesn't allow me to use share us

Hard to say without being there. Access/Jet is not a server, and it
depends on who/what other processes may be using it and locking
tables, etc.

It might help us identify the problem if you could post the error and line of code on which it
occurs.

In addition, I would highly recommend using the Jet OLEDB provider instead of using the Access ODBC
driver.
