Windows Server 2003 system requirements

kdt
Please help

I have a spare Pentium III that I want to install the Windows Server 2003. I have checked the list of Windows Server 2003 system requirements against the machine that I have. It seems like it meets the requirements. But I want to double check with the experiences. Here is my system

System type: X86-based P
Processor: x86 Family 6 Model 8 Stepping 6, 864 Mh
Total Physical Memory: 261,000 K
Available Physical Memory: 123,000 K
Total Virtual Memory: 894,000 K
Available Virtual Memory: 619,000 K
Page File Space: 632,000 K

Would you recommend me to install the Windows Server 2003 or just go with the Windows Server 2000 or Windows Server advanced 2000 ? Please help. I want to use Visual Studio .NET 2003 with the Windows Server 2003 operating system.

Thank you very much

kd
