How do i fix a C4067 warning

MainDate.cpp(1) : warning C4067: unexpected tokens following preprocessor directive - expected a newlin

This is the warning i get when i compile my code and i do not understand what i need to do
I have 2 source files and one header file. this warning gives me a problem on line 1 for some reason???? i dont understand...i think it may be because of the .h file but am not sure... is this a glich in .Net 2003? or should i change a property or something?? ... I NEED HELP!!!
