my common .net assemblies in a different folder than exe

I have some common vb.net assemblies that I want to use from more than
1 EXE. How can I do this without registering them and not having all
files in the same folder?

Directory structure of how I would like to distribute my app:
\MyApp\Common
- All common .net dlls
\MyApp\Service\Service.exe
- My service exe that references some of the common dlls
\MyApp\MyApp.exe
- My main exe that references some of the common dlls
Thanks,
Korazy
