Displaying Output

Hello,

Is it possible to display output from a simple select statement e.g select *
from employee and display it on your apsx page in text boxes or label
fields?

I have seen it that you can display one particular field e.g select phone
from employee where firstname =@firstname.

I can assign that phone output to a particular textbox or label on my page
but what if i wanted other fields to go in other appropriate boxes or
labels?

Thanks In Advance

Hi Fakhruddin,

Have for that a look at the SQLdatareader

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...classtopic.asp

Your where clause is right.

For that you need the command.parameters

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...parameters.asp

I hope this helps?
