What needs to be copied for Crystal to work

We have an application that is using .NET Crystal Reports. However, doing an
XCOPY of this application to a client machine does not seem to work.

What needs to be included?

I think for your first installation, you need to create an MSI that will
install the correct modules, then won't have to include it again.
