VS.NET2003Build error: "Could not copy built outputs to the Web..."

Hello,
I read many related posts without a working solution for me.
I have 2 stations in 2 seperate places that are being used for
development.
(VS.NET2003 VB.NET aspx web site on a remote hosting service.
WinServer2003. FPSE.)

On one of them(OS: XP pro) the build process(CTL+SHFT+B) works OK.
On the other(OS: WinServer2003), it gives me the error bellow:

Could not copy built outputs to the Web. Unable to add 'C:\Documents
and Settings\******\VSWebCache\www.*************.***\b in\www.*************.***.dll'
to the project. The server sent a response which FrontPage could not
parse. If you are trying to connect to a FrontPage server, check with
the server's administrator to make sure the FrontPage server
extensions are installed properly.

Any ideas?
