Can anyone tell me how can I enable or disable a network interface card

I think your hunting for "SetIfEntry"
(ms-help://MS.VSCC/MS.MSDNVS/tcpip/tcpip_4tx5.htm). This should do what you
want but it is unmanaged code and will require downloading the Platform SDK
if you dont already have it.
