data bases

I am interested in finding out how I could manage a
database (online) with about 7gb of graphics and text.
Please help with some references or a liason I can get
intouch with. My question is, how possible is it to make
this db interractive. Someone sujested I should buy online
space from a ISP to avoide any disruption. Can an MSSQL
handle that size whilst being able to be updated on a
weekly basis? Please give me someone who would be willing
to work on such a project. I was also thinking of using
XML pages instead of html to provide for security as well
as greater interraction with other programs for
transactions. Can a php program get data from the sql db
and bring it forward to the xml page? Thank you very much.
hope to hear from you soon.
