Problem with Large Fonts and MDI application

We have a WinForm application developed with VB.NET with Visual Studio
..NET 2003 version 7.1.3088 and .NET Frameworks version 1.1.4322

We have an application that using an MDI interface and is working fine
for 95% of our user base. The other five percent have to have the large
fonts options on their boxes to be able.

When they bring up any of the screens in the MDI the screens are clipped
and they can get to the scroll bars. It's like the screen is being
drawn past the boundaries of the MDI fill area. When the user either
Restores Down of Minimizes the application the Child screens redraw fine
and it works fine. But as soon as they go to another Child screen they
have to do the same thing.

This is quite annoying and unfortunately all of these people are
managers in our company.

How can I get this to work out for our users?

Thanks,
Tim Shults
