Outgoing data

I whant to collect and check all data that is going from
my computer to the internet. Is that possible?

I think it is possible but needs a lot of very deep knowledge from your
hardware and the technical parts of your OS.

Moreover I think it is not a task to be done with the Dotnet framework, you
can maybe do it with C++ and maybe I do not know with C# unsave code if you
are very very well knowed with those languages.

Just my thoughts,
