Reusing form

I have an exisiting VC++ 6.0 application. When recompiled into .net, the
program works fine, but I would like redo the program to use all the
VC++.net functionality. But I want to reuse the existing interface.

I created a new VC++.net application, then went to my original 6.0 dialog
resource, and copied all the controls. But when I go to my new .net form,
the paste icon is grayed out so I can't paste the controls into my new app.

Is there some way to reuse or import the old dialog in my new form.

Thanks.
