Installing a ServicedComponent into COM+

P: n/a
I have a class derived from ServicedComponent and I was able to register it using regsvcs when I used VS.NET 2000.
Now that I have switched to 2003 it no longer registers and displays the following error.

E:\menyhari.plm\Visual Studio Projects\TDPMTierProject\TDPRemoting\bin\Release>r
egsvcs tdpremoting.dll
Microsoft (R) .NET Framework Services Installation Utility Version 1.1.4322.573

WARNING: The class 'TDPRemoting.TDPRemoteFunctions' has no class interface, whic
h means that unmanaged late bound calls cannot take advantage of AutoComplete me

The following installation error occurred:
1: Could not install type library 'E:\menyhari.plm\Visual Studio Projects\TDPMTi
erProject\TDPRemoting\bin\Release\TDPRemoting.tlb' into application 'TDPRemoting
E:\menyhari.plm\Visual Studio Projects\TDPMTierProject\TDPRemoting\bin\Relea
se\TDPRemoting.tlb: The TypeLib could not be loaded

It also no longer works if I try to register it using the old version of regsvcs from VS.NET 2000. Any ideas?
